John Harrell serves as the General Manager of Dick Hannah Ford, bringing more than 30 years of automotive industry experience to his role. Over the course of his career, John has progressed from sales to dealership leadership, gaining firsthand experience across every aspect of the automotive business. His commitment to developing strong teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading with integrity has earned him the respect of colleagues and customers alike.

Growing up as one of twelve siblings, John developed a deep appreciation for teamwork, hard work, and the importance of community. Those values continue to shape his leadership style today as he fosters a positive workplace culture guided by Dick Hannah's philosophy: "Believe in Nice."

John is passionate about creating an environment where both employees and customers feel valued. He believes that investing in people, building trust, and providing outstanding service are the foundation of long-term success.

Outside of the dealership, John has been married to his wife for more than 34 years. Together they enjoy spending time with their three children, six grandchildren, and three dogs.
