Outstanding communication for a service that required a month-long wait for parts. Aryn did a great job of explaining the situation and fielding reasonable questions. The parts team was on their toes and caught the a detail about the part that could have resulted in further delays if they hadn't been alert. The repairs are working as-new. While no repair activity is pleasant, Aryn and the guys there at Dick Hannah Ford made it as transparent as possible and communicated extremely well.
I came down from Seattle to lease a Mustang Mach E from these guys. I negotiated hard but they are honest and straightforward with none of the xx that I found a lot of other Ford dealers tried to bury in their leases (e.g., good price but terrible money factor). They had my preferred color, which was the icing on the cake, but in the end I was happy to buy from Dick Hannah and James Binder (my sales guy) and the team working with him. I had a fair negotiating partner and they gave me a great deal. What more could you ask for?

Appreciated showing up and not being attacked once out of our car. We did call ahead and spoke to Dave Flom. He saw us and new I was Bob. He took us out to see the vehicle we asked about. I was in the market to purchase the Ranger Raptor, Chevy Colorado ZR2 or the GMC AT4X. I reached out to a few dealerships, stating I would not pay for "Market Adjustment" or unnecessary dealer add-ons. Chris was great from the start, gave me the out the door price prior to coming in for a test drive and stated no dealer markup or add-ons. The test drive was great, he gave a quick tutorial over the vehicle and let my wife and I test drive. Once we decided to purchase, true to Chris’ word they sold it at the price he quoted. Jake made the finance painless and didn't try to pitch us a bunch of stuff we didn't need. I think we were on the test drive longer than we sat at the dealership.

TLDR - had a great experience with this dealer, worked with Dave and Zach. I was hesitant to reach out to Dick Hannah in Sandy because I had a nightmare car buying experience with Dick Hannah Subaru in Washington. I thought all Dick Hannah’s were the same and didn’t want to go through that experience again. When I spoke with Zach and Dave, they made the whole process easy. They were upfront, setting the correct expectations. The whole team there was great to work with. If you guys are reading this, thank you! I bought a Ford F250 Lariat LB from them.
