So So Buying Experience Located a vehicle online that I wanted to purchase from Dick Hannah Ford in Sandy, Oregon. Arrived at the dealership and agreed to purchase the vehicle at their asking price. I informed them that I will be paying cash (no financing) and the buying process took 3 1/2 hours! (they claimed they were short-staffed). I inquired about a trade-in on my current vehicle. They came back with the most offensive offer I had ever seen! Showed them that I had a "certified" offer from CarMax for $11000 and they said they would make another offer for my trade-in. Twenty minutes later, they came back with an offer $1000 below that of CarMax ($10000). Really??? I'm paying full retail price for the vehicle and they wouldn't even match the CarMax offer? I have had the vehicle for approximately two months now, and I am happy with the vehicle. I recall they mentioned that if I signed up for Ford Rewards and chose this dealership as my preferred provider, I'd receive some bonus rewards points to use for Ford accessories, etc. (approx 30,000+ points). I recently looked to purchase some Ford merchandise for the vehicle, and saw there were zero Reward Points in my account. I contacted the dealership, and they said that my $40,000 Used Ford was not a CPO, so I will NOT be credited any reward points. Thanks for nothing, and for not recognizing a loyal Ford owner.

This is a great service offered by the Ford dealership. I was able to have them come to my home for free to fix a recall issue on my truck. The two guys that came were friendly, polite and professional. They got the job done quickly, it was all so easy. Definitely beats going to the dealership and waiting for a couple hours! Hayden had the vehicle I requested up front and ready to test drive when I arrived at the dealership. My wife and I both drove the vehicle and we decided we liked it. Hayden did a great job throughout the sales process. We went to financing and again very streamline and effortless. The entire experience exceeded expectations. Also, my daughter left a pair of AirPods in a compartment in the vehicle we traded in and the next day Dick Hannah Dealer text and let me know they found a pair of AirPods in the trade in vehicle.
